Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACOLA)
KD provided consulting services to design and implement HACOLA’s Sustainable Rehabilitation Program.

Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB)
KD worked a member of the Heschong Mahone Group to develop a Strategic Plan for the retrofit of the entire HACSB portfolio.

Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD)
KD consulted with Enterprise Community Partners – Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Housing Department to design and implement an affordable multifamily retrofit program funded by Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) dollars.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD)
KD worked as a member of Heschong Mahone Group’s consulting team to implement SMUD’s Multifamily Retrofit Program.
