Provided project management services for Fuller Lofts, a 158,000 square foot mixed-use, transit-oriented infill development. The six-story development includes adaptive reuse of a 1920’s era four-story concrete warehouse with two stories of new construction and an adjacent 43,000 square foot parking structure.
